"Remove File After Seeding" command

Description

I would love a "Remove File After Seeding" command alongside "Remove From List" and "Remove Data File".

This command would wait for seeding to complete and then remove the file. A fairly common use case for me is that I complete downloading something and find it uninteresting. I can either remove it immediately, making for a worse ratio, or wait for seeding to complete and risk forgetting to remove it.

Oh, another use case where it'd come in handy:

I sometimes want to move a file from the download directory (to an external drive), but also want to complete seeding. With the suggested feature, one could copy the file to the external drive and then "Remove File After Seeding".

I've dabbled in Cocoa before, so I might have a stab at this myself, though I'm sure a regular developer would do it quicker and better.

I think it's better to just use filters, as this just feels like bloat to me. If this were implemented, then there would be the confusion of deleting the torrent file, etc.

This just seems outside the scope of the program.

Fair enough. While it'd be very useful to me, I'm sympathetic to avoiding bloat. I'll probably try to implement this myself and share a patch if I do.
