Very small text files frequently don't download.

Description
Very frequently on downloading a torrent, if it was a text file that is very small, a hundred bytes say, it will come up as a zero length file on disc, despite the torrent being reported as 100% complete and seeding.

or at least it appears so, untill you pause the torrent, and the cache presumably gets flushed.
perhaps a cache flush should be forced when a torrent is complete?
