Description
GTK/Mac have the ability to show a file list, select certain files and prioritize them. CLI really needs this as well.

I think this would be a good feature, but I don't think there are actually that many CLI users anymore, so the work-to-benefit ratio is kind of high IMO.
If someone wants to attach a patch that implements this & reopen the ticket, I'd be happy to review it for inclusion in the CLI.
