I'm getting this for download too. Strangely it does display ETA above 1 day (still no hours/seconds).

Yes, I did set "stop at ratio". Not that it would matter for downloads.

I can also repro the originally described misbehavior here. 10.5.2 and r5092. I have a torrent with a Stop At Ratio set, it displays 0 for hours and seconda both, regardless of whether the torrent list is in regular or minimal view.
