GTK Toolbar and Icon size

Description

I think the current GTK toolbar icons are a waste of screen space. I recommend a option to use small icons and no subtitles for the toolbar like the win32 explorer option.

I've created a small patch which let's you configure toolbar-style and icon-size. I really want to know if the horizontal text feature works for someone, because I didn't see any text at all with it. All the other stuff works fine.

The more I think about this... isn't this a preference that should be set in the Desktop's "Appearance Preferences" settings? Transmission currently honors that correctly, so that if the user chooses "icons only" there, Transmission updates itself to reflect that.
