I was wondering if the kind developers would think these dock badges are more informative and practical than the current ones.

The colors should make it clear enough, since the colors correspond with seeding/downloading in the app (and if the user doesn't know, it takes a second to figure out). These arrows just make it more crowded, especially at smaller sizes.
