Description

From: jidanni@… To: submit@… Subject: -p TORRENT should always load that torrent paused Date: Thu, 13 Mar 2008 06:47:12 +0800

Package: transmission Version: 1.06-1 Severity: minor

I tried very much to submit bugs directly to http://trac.transmissionbt.com/ but I can't. Maybe it doesn't like that I connect from Taiwan.

Todays problem is

$ transmission -p x.torrent will not add the torrent paused, if there is a currently running transmission process. The user must quickly click pause to get it paused.

Yes, one could argue that -p is only for when one starts the initial transmission job. However, as you indeed recognize arguments to additional transmission invocations, you should also recognize the "-p" too.

P.S., please note http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?pkg=transmission too.
