Allow Option-Command-F to focus the filter field in the main window

Description

Option-Command-F is a standard OS X keyboard shortcut used to filter search boxes in the toolbar, it would be great if Transmission allowed this shortcut to focus the input field in the filter bar.

I include a patch which achieves this simply, by allowing the shortcut to be used while the torrent list is focused.
