Description

would like to make the webtransmission source code available to the wider community to participate in enhancing the web-frontend for transmission on the AVM Fritz!Box and potentially other boxes in the future.

I am active on the following web-site and regularly provide updated versions: http://www.ip-phone-forum.de/showthread.php?t=126443 ...and you may drop me a person note there for questions etc. ...

It would be great if this webtransmission front-end could be maintained here at this place where the transmission core is maintained.

I tried to attach the file, but was forbidden to do so. So the best would be, if you could drop me a personal note on the above mentioned website and we will get in contact to transfer the sources. thanks!

thanks a lot for your help and support - and for this great transmission code :-)

Regards, ChilliChilli?

I'm really not sure how to respond to this. I'm very happy that people are using libtransmission as a bittorrent engine, but I'm not quite sure what webtransmission is, or how it compares to Clutch, which is our semi-official web interface.

It's cool that you made a webengine, but as charles said we have a semi-official one. That web interface is maintained on a separate website, since we would like to keep some level of separation from the actual Transmission core.
