Description
The "change transfer settings"-icon that reveals itself when the user hovers over the torrent icon in the downloads list is confusing. I'd argue that the user expects to be able to click on the folder and reveal the file or folder in Finder. And it doesn't help that the "change transfer settings"-icon doesn't reveal itself until the user hovers over it. Please change back to the old behavior, and move the current icon to the right side where the pause- and reveal-icon is. You could possibly change place with the reveal-icon.
As far as I know this is only present in the Cocoa GUI. It's been reported because of my own irritations with it.

This is more of an opinion issue, and others will disagree with you on it (as do I). Additionally, there is a reveal in finder button already, along with a menu option and keyboard shortcut. Also, the gear image is used all over the system for "context" settings. It doesn't reveal itself until hover because all of the options available are available elsewhere.
