Transmission shuts down on its own

Description

I am using Transmission 1.2 with tiger 10.4.11

I will have transmission up and running torrents and then be doing other activities and when i return to transmission it has shut itself down. This happens now daily and can occur from 2 to 12 hours from the time that the program was launched

I reboot and it launches fine and resumes activity but then shuts down on it's own. I am doing conventional type tasks on the computer during this time

Are there crash longs? Anything printed in Console.app?
