I submitted an earlier patch to add DSCP support to Transmission. Some of my changes were accepted, and there's now a hidden preference in the GTk client for it. However, it was never fully hooked up as a hidden preference on the Mac. Enclosed is a trivial patch to finish hooking this up. I'd appreciate getting this change into the mainstream release if possible, so I don't have to keep a private binary around.
